I made about about 2 dozen for my coworkers this Christmas and luckily only 2 of them didn't read the instructions! Make sure your giftees know not to take a bite out of these or they'll end up choking on cocoa powder! Then again, it gets a good laugh...
These cocoa bombs fit about 1 heaping Tbsp of cocoa powder and a few tiny marshmallows (which I got from an Amish general store!), and work perfectly with about 8 oz or 1 cup of hot milk or water:
