 VIRAG WEDDINGOne of my oldest friends (and fabulous hair dresser) got married and asked me to make her cake! 3 tiers of dark chocolate cake made with black cocoa, layered with bright white cream cheese frosting, and iced with ivory fondant. The top and bottom tiers are decorated with edible lace. The middle tier is decorated with royal icing, and at the bottom bordered with edible white and gold gems. Topped with some white gum paste flowers made to match the bride's bouquet.
